Head of Marketing

What we’re looking for

We need a seasoned healthcare marketing leader to help fuel our growth. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the executive leadership team, the Growth Marketer will be responsible for the development and execution of Deep 6 AI’s marketing, demand/lead generation, and communications strategy.


Deep 6 AI is a venture-backed artificial intelligence startup focused on healthcare analytics. Our software helps researchers find eligible patients for clinical trials in minutes instead of months, getting life-saving cures to the people who need them more quickly. As we go live with more customers, we need to offer them a superb professional and personal experience throughout their relationship with Deep 6 AI.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and drive Deep 6’s marketing and communications plan to increase brand awareness and engagement, and attract new customers
  • Plan and optimize highly effective content marketing, social media marketing, SEO, etc. campaigns
  • Create and implement innovative multi-channel acquisition strategies and campaigns to continuously generate demand and leads
  • Build and execute on thought leadership campaigns in partnership with strategic alliances across the healthcare ecosystem
  • Arm the sales team with collateral, presentations, campaigns, and more to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Manage all media relations activities to advance Deep 6 AI’s brand and increase visibility across key stakeholder audiences. Create and execute media strategies for traditional and digital media outlets and manage social media program to build reputation and recognition
  • Manage all digital marketing channels and strategies, including the website, email marketing, organic search, social media, and more
  • Over time, build and lead a high-performing marketing team that drives the execution of Deep 6 AI’s strategic marketing plan
  • Oversee market research and competitor analysis, staying current on industry shifts, best practices, and trends
  • Analyze the performance of each initiative to improve future results
  • Serve as a key and active member of the executive leadership team

About you


  • 5+ years in a B2B SaaS marketing leadership role
  • 5+ years of healthcare marketing experience; clinical research/trials expertise a plus
  • Proven success leading and executing multi-channel marketing programs to grow client base
  • Experience with healthcare content marketing and segmentation



  • Highly data- and metrics-driven
  • Exceptional writer and communicator
  • Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, grow and lead high-performance teams
