Customer success manager

What we’re looking for

Deep 6 AI is growing our customer team. We are looking for a talented, energetic Customer Success Manager to maintain and deepen relationships with our hospital, pharma, and CRO customers as we continue our rapid growth.


Deep 6 AI is a venture-backed artificial intelligence startup focused on healthcare analytics. Our software helps researchers find eligible patients for clinical trials in minutes instead of months, getting life-saving cures to the people who need them more quickly. As we go live with more customers, we need to offer them a superb professional and personal experience throughout their relationship with Deep 6 AI.

What you’ll do

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the dedicated point person and champion for one or more of our clients. Your job, more than anything else, is to make and keep our clients and users ecstatically happy.


This means, you’ll need to do (at least) 3 things really, really well:

  • Account management – Manage the day-to-day client relationship: understand, prioritize, and communicate their needs and expectations.
  • Project management – From deployment through training to daily use, make sure all client needs are met on time and on target.
  • Quality control – Help us make sure our software has zero defects and plenty of delighters for our users!


Some travel to client sites is required.

About you


  • 5+ years’ experience in a relevant customer-facing role (account management, customer success, sales, etc.) where you built stellar relationships
  • 3+ years project management experience and mastery of high-performance processes, tools, and techniques
  • Knowledge of drug development and clinical research processes or experience managing clinical trials
  • Experience working in healthcare technology with hospitals, pharma, CROs, or research institutes
  • Excellent track record of hitting goals, milestones, and deliverables
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum a plus
  • SaaS product implementation experience a plus



  • Analytical thinker who knows how to gather and interpret relevant data
  • Proactive issue identification, prioritization, and escalation skills
  • Effective communication skills: email, meetings, presentations, …
