INFORMATION WE COLLECT
• Deep 6 is the sole owner of the personal information collected and will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
• We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will only share your information with a third party outside of our organization as necessary to fulfill your request.
Deep 6 collects the following types of information:
c) Log Data: The Deep 6 Platform records data on your system usage (“Log Data”). This may include your web browser type and your IP address, along with data about the usage of the Platform. We use Log Data to monitor the use of the Deep 6 Platform and for the Site’s technical administration. We do not associate your IP address with any other personally identifiable information to identify you personally.
d) Content you provide through our website: Deep 6 also includes our website (www.deep6.ai), social media, and social networking sites. We collect information that you submit when you provide feedback or when you interact with Deep 6 on these channels.
e) Contact Information for Marketing: We may collect contact information such as your name, email address, company and title from other sources to inform you about our products and services from time to time.
DATA COLLECTION METHODS
Deep 6 collects information about you when you provide it to us, when you use the Deep 6 Platform, and from 3rd party sources:
a) Use of the Deep 6 Platform: When your employer or site where you work signs a Master Agreement with us for the use of the Deep 6 Platform, they nominate a site administrator who is responsible for creating accounts for employees to whom they would like to provide access to the Platform. The information is provided directly by your employer’s nominated site administrator and not solicited by us through any other source. Their lawful basis for collecting such data is therefore Contract Fulfillment.
b) Marketing Events: As an exhibitor or a sponsor at a conference, we receive a pre-registration list of conference attendees. We also collect contact information directly from individuals who share it during the course of the event. This information is stored in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
c) Third party Databases: We subscribe to third party databases which provide access to contact information about businesses and employees of those businesses. This information is collected from various sources. We also get contact information from publishers when we use their services to advertise, present or publish content.
d) The Internet: We get information from public websites and social media sites such as LinkedIn.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
a) Customer support: Your information is used to support your use of the Deep 6 Platform. It may be used to share updates on products, features, bug fixes, security updates, etc. We may also contact you to share information on training. Deep 6 does not collect or maintain your information for resale purposes nor share your information with any other company or organization except as specifically disclosed herein. If you are an individual in the European Economic Area (EEA) then the Lawful Basis for processing your information under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Contract Fulfillment.
b) Marketing: We may use your contact information to send promotional communications that share information that may be of interest, including information about company updates, new products and features, feedback requests, and events. You can control whether you receive these communications as described below under “Opt-out of communications.”
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
• Subsidiaries and Affiliates: We may share your information with our subsidiaries or affiliated companies to help us support the users of the Deep 6 Platform.

Deactivating your Deep 6 Platform Account: Customer site administrators are responsible for deactivating Deep 6 Platform Accounts for users who no longer want to use the service. Administrators who need assistance should contact firstname.lastname@example.org for support. Some account information is maintained after deactivation for compliance purposes and to maintain data for other users.
You will not be discriminated against based on the actions you take regarding your data.
Only employees who need the information to perform a specific role (for example, customer service) have access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
The Deep 6 website may link to other sites, and Deep 6 is not responsible for the content or security of these sites. Users should read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personal data.
We reserve the right to access, use, preserve, or disclose your information when we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to: (1) satisfy any applicable law or regulation; (2) respond to claims and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on Deep 6; and (3) to protect and defend our rights or property, and/or the rights or property of the visitors/users of our Site, or third parties, as permitted by law, (4) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (5) enforce our Master Agreement, as applicable.
We retain information where we have an ongoing legitimate business or legal need to do so.
a) Marketing information: We retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our company, products and services, such as when you last opened an email from us or stopped using your account. We retain information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date such information was created.
b) Account information: We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account remains active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate it. We also retain some of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to support business operations, and to continue to develop and improve our products and services. Where we retain information for product improvement and development, we take steps to eliminate information that directly identifies you.
CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE
Deep 6 is not intended for, nor designed to be used by, children under the age of 13 and as such, Deep 6 does not intentionally gather information about visitors who are under the age of 13.
