Deep 6 AI speaks at Connect to End Cancer, meets former VP Joe Biden
Deep 6 AI also presented at the inaugural Connect to End Cancer event at SXSW, a joint initiative by The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, the AT&T Connected Health Foundry, and Merck & Co. In addition to promising meetings with MD Anderson and Merck, we were fortunate to spend 90 minutes meeting with former Vice President Joe Biden to discuss how Deep 6 AI can play a role in the fight to end cancer as part of the Biden Foundation Cancer Initiative.
“SXSW Accelerator has hosted some of the most innovative startups over the eight years we’ve held our competition. These companies have gone on to capture the attention of investors and leading technology companies worldwide. 71 percent have received funding in excess of $3.1billion, while 14 percent were acquired,” said SXSW Accelerator Event Producer Chris Valentine. “This year’s first place recipients are the best and most innovative startups in each of our 10 categories. We are proud to support them and look forward to seeing how they help change the world.”
